A 3% convenience fee for credit card payments will be applied for each transaction. We do not charge this fee for use of any other tender. We understand this is a controversial issue for our patrons. We choose to be honest with you about where our fees are going rather than raise our service prices just to cover the fees. We offer several other options of payment to avoid this fee which gives you the power to decide for yourself.

Tips are not accepted on credit cards. Some stylists have Venmo and we provide sealable tip envelopes that can be placed into our lock box at the front desk.

There is drive-thru ATM at the Chase Bank in the shopping plaza parking lot.

Bella Salon is conveniently located on NJ 70 in the Shoprite Plaza next to Lowes. There is ample parking and easy access to many other stores that many of our patrons take advantage of when they visit our salon. We are close to Hwy 37, the Garden State Parkway, McGuire AFB and more.

We accommodate patrons of any age and are experienced with wheelchairs. Should you require handicap accessible transportation, we recommend Ocean Ride.

A non-refundable deposit of $50 will be taken for services over $200

In the case of hair extensions, the deposit will total the cost of the hair being ordered (prices upon consultation).

First-time appointments will require a credit card to hold the reservation.

Please note that we require 24 hours’ notice of canceling your appointment. When you book a service, you are holding a spot in the schedule that there are others possibly waiting for. If we have less than 24 hours’ notice, there is not enough time to fill the spot. Cancellation within 24 hours is subject to a 50% fee of the price of the service booked. Of course, there is always an exception for emergencies. Multiple cancellations and no-shows will result in a non-refundable deposit to hold an appointment.

No-Call, No Show will result in a fee of 100% of the service booked.

We understand that things are not always predictable. Traffic, kids, the Ocean Ride…..they can all make us late sometimes! We try our very best to stay on time for you and sometimes that isn’t perfect either. If you are running late, call us. Sometimes we cannot accommodate a tardy arrival without disrupting the services of clients scheduled after you. If this is the case, we will perform whatever services we can in the time you have scheduled. This may mean you may have to reschedule some services on another day. Often times we can work out a way to shift you around.

If you are more than 20 minutes late and we cannot perform the service you were booked for in the time reserved, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of the service booked.

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare case that you are not satisfied with your service, our policy is to assess the situation, and rebook with the stylist you saw originally. You must notify us within one week and reschedule your service no later than 14 days from the service date. If you do not want to revisit with the same stylist, we will accommodate by booking you with someone new. Refunds are generally not available for services.

Unopened product in original packaging will be accepted for returns within 14 days of the purchase date and refunded for the full amount in store credit only. Store credit may not be used on services.
